JACKSON, Miss – As a reminder, Periodic Campaign Finance Reports are due in the appropriate office for 2023 candidates and political committees supporting or opposing 2023 candidates by 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2023.

Mississippi law (MS Code Ann. § 23-15-807(b)(ii) and 23-15-807(e)) requires all candidates for elective office (excluding candidates for federal office) to file campaign finance disclosure reports. 

Upcoming Periodic Campaign Finance Report deadlines for the 2023 Primary Election include (all by 5:00 p.m.):
 

• Wednesday, May 10, 2023 (for period beginning January 1, 2023 through April 30, 2023)
• Friday, June 9, 2023 (for period beginning May 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023)
• July 10, 2023 (for period beginning June 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023)

 
Mississippi's 2023 Primary Election Day is Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
